Join the Cherry Creek Chamber on a field trip to the Denver Tech Center.  New Horizons computer Learning Centers is graciously allowing us the use of their classrooms along with a qualified instructor to help us unlock the mysteries of Microsoft Outlook.

- Understand the basics of using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and why it is a valuable communications tool for your business.

- Gain practical knowledge on how to organize messages, set delivery messages, set up a mail merge, and work with contacts and talks.

- Learn how to use the Calendar and manage your Outlook folders.

You will leave this workshop knowing how to:

·        Use Contact Management: managing contacts and categories

·        Utilize Tasks:  Working with Tasks and managing tasks

·        Create Appointments and Events: Creating, sending, categorizing, modifying and working with appointments and events.

·        Develop Meeting Requests and Responses:  Working, responding, and handling meeting responses.

·        Finally, you will be able to customizing outlook to your specific needs: Customize and organize folders, emails, voting buttons and interacting with the Internet.
