Women
as Leaders, Women as Healers Susan Schachterle
TimWomen as Leaders, Women as Healers
“Women as Leaders,
Women as Healers” focuses on the power women bring to the world
when they recognize, honor, and express the gifts that are inherent
in feminine energy. In many ancient cultures women were revered
as healers and spiritual advisors, acknowledged as carriers of many
gifts that are essential to the well-being of any culture. Those
roles haven’t changed, and women are now being called to step forward
in new and deeper ways to bring balance, healing, and resolution
to the many issues across the planet that will never be healed or
resolved through political action or military force. This presentation
assists participants to recognize who they truly are and the part
they are called to play in helping to re-establish balance and an
ever deepening sense of possibility in society. In this presentation
you will learn:
How to recognize and
implement the 3 feminine gifts you carry naturally
(hint: it has nothing to do with being sexy, manipulative, or cute)
- The impact of the feminine
and its place in the practice of leadership
- Why the gifts of the feminine
are essential to an organization’s success
- How you can make a greater
difference through successfully accessing your personal power,
your wisdom, and your sensory acuity
- How you can use the language
differences between men and women to move
your organization toward successful outcomes
- The 3 most important archetypes
for women to embody as they move through their lives
